Bharat Petroleum and Corporation Limited (BPCL) is planning to expand Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Piped Natural Gas (PNG) network by strengthening its City Gas Distribution (CGD) network across 15 districts of Jammu & Kashmir.
BPCL has sought support from Government of Jammu & Kashmir for measures including, lower value added tax (VAT), faster approvals and easier implementation process.
It aims to provide cleaner mobility through CNG and bring natural gas infrastructure closer to homes, businesses, industries and transport users through PNG.
