Konkan LNG Limited (KLL) issued bids for obtaining Environmental Clearance (EC) along with Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) for phase-I expansion under the Dabhol LNG Terminal Expansion Project on October 16, 2026. The last date for bid submission is November 5, 2026.
The duration of the contract is 18 months.
Konkan LNG Limited (KLL), joint Venture (JV) of GAIL (India) Limited and Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) is planning to expand the capacity of Dabhol LNG terminal from 5 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) to 6.3 mtpa under Phase-I, and in Phase-II, it will be further expanded to 15 mtpa. The project entails an investment of over Rs 200 billion.
