In a notable development, AG&P Pratham, which has commissioned 201 compressed natural gas stations across five states, will expand to 420 stations 2022-23. Further, the company is targeting is to serve 0.1 million households in the current fiscal.

As per latest updates, the company has invested Rs 15 billion in city gas distribution infrastructure. It has created last mile infrastructure for around 62,000 households, of which 18,000 have been commercialised. Besides 325 km of trunk pipeline has been laid. By the end of 2022-23, the company aims to lay 750 km of pipeline at an outlay of Rs 24 billion.
