New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (Noida) Authority is planning to set up compressed biogas (CBG) plant in Sector 80, with a capacity to process 100 to 120 tonnes of horticulture waste per day.
The project is to be developed at an area of 12 acres. An Expression of Interest (EoI) is invited by the authority for the same, with concessioning period of 12 months. The selected agency will design, finance, develop and operate the facility. The plant is expected to become operational within 18 months of the appointed date.
