Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited (MNGL) joint venture (JV) of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) is likely to commence domestic piped natural gas (D-PNG) supply in Nanded city soon.
In first phase, Medium-Density Polyethylene (MDPE) of about 15 km is being laid in Farandenagar, Tirumalanagar, Chhatrapati Chowk, Canal Road, the D-Mart complex, Taroda Khurd, Kautha and Ravinagar, connecting 4,000 households.
MNGL will bear the cost of installing the required infrastructure, including the gas pipeline from exterior wall of the customer’s home to the kitchen.
