Organic Recycling Systems Limited (ORSL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Punjab Renewable Energy Systems Private Limited (PRESPL) for biogas and compressed biogas (CBG) projects in India and abroad on November 6, 2025.
As per the agreement, ORSL will provide technology, engineering, procurement and construction (TEPC) services and PRESPL will serve as the preferred partner for Biomass supply chain management services.
