Refex Green Power Limited has won contract worth Rs 650.7 million from Salem Municipal Corporation for development of bio compressed natural gas (CNG) plant in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
The scope of work includes development of 200 tonnes per day (tpd) plant on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) basis under public private partnership (PPP) mode for a period of 20 years.
The work is likely to be completed in 19 months.
